About the Job
We are seeking a Junior Executive - IT to join our dynamic team. As a key part of our IT department, you will be responsible for resolving user issues, ensuring seamless operations of IT infrastructure, and providing excellent support to the restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:

User Issue Ownership: Take ownership of user issues reported by the restaurants and ensure timely resolution.

Problem Solving: Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify effective solutions to resolve issues.

Issue Escalation: Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users and ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.

Knowledge Documentation: Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles to aid in future issue resolution.

System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the proper functioning of in-house applications and external systems.
Basic Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: A degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, with practical experience in installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Technical Skills:
-
Operating Systems: Windows 10, Win Server 2016, Win Server 2019/22, Linux, Android.

MS-Office O365 and MS SQL: User support and maintenance.

Security and Virus Updates: Installation, monitoring, and user support.

In-house Application Maintenance: Experience in maintaining internal applications and external systems.

Windows Platform & Active Directory: Experience in handling Windows platforms and Active Directory infrastructure.

Virtualization: Hands-on experience in virtualization technologies.

Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Client-Facing Skills: Strong ability to interact with clients and resolve issues effectively.

Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
Additional Skills (Added Advantage):

Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT support, operating systems, or virtualization.
Candidate Profile

Educational Background: Degree or qualification from a recognized institute.

Experience: At least 1 year in a similar IT support role, particularly with installations, troubleshooting, and user support.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure maintenance and support tasks, including operating systems, security, and application management.
